Biltongmaker:
The 'Speedy' makes biltong in 24 hours. If you load it fully and require the biltong well dried it'll take 36 hours. The biltong maker comes complete with all you'll need to assemble it yourself, a set of instructions, and a supply of biltong spice to get you started making professional tasting biltong and dried wors. It works by hot air convection. The biltong box measure 450 x 250 x 250 mm and is made from cardboard with a hygienic white lining.
